wellness together canada is a government of canada funded online program that takes you through an online self-assessment. the results will curate content, tools, and resources based on your individual needs and interests.

a free skill-building program managed by the canadian mental health association (cmha) designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry.

togetherall

a free online mental health support network for ontarians 16+. uk-based togetherall is available to ontarians through ontario health (otn) with support from the ontario ministry of health.

beacon

beacon digital therapy (icbt) is now available free of charge to support ontarians through stress and mental well-being concerns during covid-19, funded by the government of ontario.
