as a champion for the one-stop integrated service model, the student central professional lead is responsible for creating a culture of exceptional student satisfaction through effective planning, coordination and organization of the service delivery and goals associated with student central. working in collaboration with the functional managers and internal stakeholders, student central professional lead resolves complex student issues, requiring a point of escalation. this position acts as a team lead and expert resource for student central employees. other duties include ensuring adequate coverage of student central zones is maintained at all times and working collaboratively to establish and maintain departmental service delivery standards, coordinate student flow, ensure adequate access to service as well as effective coordination of the back end workflows. responsible for the daily supervision of employees within student central, it is the expectation that the student central professional lead will work with functional managers and internal stakeholders to ensure staff have an understanding or their roles and responsibilities and receive the proper training to obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles on an ongoing basis.

student central professional lead will serve as a resource and content expert on various technologies utilized by the department while also working with tsc and external vendors to address technical problems. additional responsibilities include regular review of student traffic, maintaining statistics on departmental output and the generation of reports as required. the position requires a high level of customer service and engagement, which may require variable hours of work based on operational needs.

candidates to this position must have completed a university degree in business administration, education or another related field, along with 5 years of experience in a student service coordinator type role. the successful candidate has demonstrated experience in planning, directing and reviewing the work of others, as well as in the collection and analysis of data and converting it into meaningful reports.  a strong working knowledge and application of university policies and procedures and the functions within undergraduate admissions, student awards & financial aid, and academic advising, records & registration is coupled with knowledge of student account policies and procedures as well as student recruitment and retention theory.  an outstanding communicator with demonstrated ability to motivate staff to achieve a high level of student satisfaction, the student central professional lead is also able to establish and work towards meeting departmental goals and objectives. additional qualifications include excellent critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities along with the ability to use sound, professional judgment in making complex decisions. your superior student service skills are combined with the ability to work with diverse populations using tact and cultural sensitivity.  proficient with computers, including microsoft office, the successful candidate also has a demonstrated knowledge of colleague (datatel) as it pertains to admissions, student awards & financial aid, and academic advising, records & registration.

the recruitment admissions officer is a joint position between undergraduate admissions and undergraduate recruitment that serves as both a fully trained admissions officer and recruiter. as an admissions officer, this position provides admissions counselling and conducts admissions assessments. as a recruiter, the individual is involved in recruiting and converting 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 by coordinating and representing lakehead at various events both virtually and in person, such as high school visits, college fairs, community events, career fairs, and other venues across thunder bay and the province. in a regular cycle, there is an extensive travel component while in undergraduate recruitment.

qualifications:

• university degree or equivalent education in a related field;
• minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a post-secondary setting in the field of student admissions and / or recruitment;
• a valid ontario driver's license and willingness and ability to travel on university business, often on short notice;
• demonstrated excellence in public speaking with the ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations;

reporting to the associate registrar, the academic & curriculum development coordinator is responsible for playing a key role in the full cycle development and maintenance of curriculum. this position plays a critical role in ensuring that the integrity of 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 ’s credentials, as approved by the senate, are translated into the academic calendar. as part of the overall responsibilities, the incumbent will play a lead role in the development, maintenance and training of users with respect to curriculum navigator as well as manage the execution of curriculum changes through to the academic calendar and into colleague, the student information system.

solid research, communication and problem solving skills are essential for the success of this position. the incumbent will also be responsible to continually build, monitor change and develop the degree audit system for all active programs and apprise 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 , chairs/directors, faculty and other staff on the auditing process and how to interpret degree requirements and regulations. the academic & curriculum development coordinator will also provide administrative support to the chair of the senate undergraduate studies committee and the chair of the senate academic committee sub-committee for regulations, work closely with the secretariat office as well as chairs/administrative support for other subcommittees.

job requirements:
