submitting required admissions documents:
required to send an official ontario institution transcript? please use the ontario universities' application centre transcript request service. transcripts from institutions outside of ontario and other documentation, as requested by admissions, can be emailed to docs.admission@lakeheadu.ca.
to send your final official transcript requests, use the ouac or have your institution email them to us at docs.admission@lakeheadu.ca. if we require a password to access your electronic transcript include your full name and student id in the email.
