阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 launches 50th anniversary celebrations

this month begins a year of events that will celebrate 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 ’s 50^th anniversary.

celebrations held at both the thunder bay and orillia campuses will begin next week with invitations extended to everyone in the community.

“over the past 50 years, 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 has built a reputation for being both exceptional and unconventional,” said dr. brian stevenson, lakehead president and vice-chancellor. “i invite everyone to join us at our anniversary events to celebrate everything we have accomplished together.”

to commemorate the anniversary, the city of thunder bay will raise lakehead’s 50^th anniversary flag at city hall on monday, jan. 12 at 10:00 am.

on friday, jan. 16, community members are invited to join dr. stevenson to launch the 50^th anniversary celebrations with an afternoon of skating on lake tamblyn, a free bbq, bonfire and fireworks from 2:30 pm until 7 pm. this event includes free parking.

the first 100 guests at the friday, jan. 16 launch will receive free tickets to watch the lakehead thunderwolves men’s hockey team play the université du québec à trois-rivières patriotes at 7:30 pm that night. bus transportation to and from campus will be available.
