please join us for dr. emmanuel badewa's presentation "sustainability & resilience of soil systems: enhancing agricultural productivity and supporting human well-being" via zoom (if you like join us in bb1054; the guest will be remote). all are welcome and please share widely!

dr. badewa is a faculty member at university college of the north (the pas, manitoba) and an adjunct faculty member at lakehead. he holds a phd in social and ecological sustainability from the university of waterloo, msc from memorial university of newfoundland, and bsc in soil science from obafemi awolowo university (nigeria). emmanuel is passionate about teaching and researching natural resources and agri-environmental science for real-world applications. his research primarily focuses on soil science and security, sustainability, soil ecosystem services, water resources management, and climate change.
