trudy kergon will be facilitating a mindful eating meditation at student health and wellness in the prettie residence building from 1:15pm-1:45pm. join us in the faculty lounge at 2pm to hear karen degagne and karrin steudle from the sister margaret smith eating disorders program speak about non-dieting approach to healthy eating and positive body image.

there will be food at all events and a chance to enter draws for some great prizes.
