in april 2014, dr. salem was awarded a 5-year nserc dicovery grant to expand his research programs and invistigate the structural fire performance of building systems made of new engineered-wood products. dr. salem focuses in this reserach program on the behaviour of structural members and assemblies made of glue-laminated timber (glulam) and cross-laminated timber (clt) at both ambient and elevated temperatures. most of the acquired research fund will be utilized to support graduate 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛  conducting research in the structural fire testing & reserach laboratory. for more information, click here.
