being a student is hard but it can feel like you are the only one who is stressed out or struggling. peer chat is a virtual way to connect with other 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 to talk through the different academic and social experiences you have while being a student. the session provides you with the opportunity to gain insight into different student experiences as well as share your own unique skills to help support your peers.

mindful meditation

join student health and wellness for live, counsellor-led mindful meditation sessions every thursday in january over zoom. each session begins with a check-in, then a mindfulness practice is introduced and guided, followed by an opportunity to discuss any questions or insights.

no experience necessary – whether you are new to mindfulness or practice regularly, having the support of a group can help to strengthen your practice.

as staff and faculty, you are often the first to recognize that a student is in distress so it is important that you feel equipped to identify these behaviours and also understand how you can help.  the supporting 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 in distress guide and accompanying workshop outline the various levels of distress and the resources you can provide for a student in each level of distress.  we will also cover available supports in various areas, both on and off-campus including counselling and wellness, academic services, disability services, legal and conduct, and community supports.

it's your move feeling '22 challenge

kick-off the new year with a new challenge from the it's your move crew! whether you are looking to start a new routine or just get back in the habit post-winter break, a little competition is a great motivator.
starting on january 17 and ending on february 20, we are challenging you to complete 22 workouts in 35 days. we will be tracking your progress and sharing information via the it's your move strava group- you will receive an email on how to join the group before the start date.
