join frazer phillips, indigenous cultural wellness facilitator, for teachings about tobacco. we will plant tobacco seeds to start growing indoors, and later in the spring they will be moved to the medicine wheel teaching garden.

no registration required, just drop in!

it's leap day - every four years we get an extra day on february 29th. why not use this extra 24 hours to be nice to yourself? if you struggle with making time for yourself, set aside today for self-growth and recovery. 

student health and wellness will be leaping around campus throughout the day sharing treats and ideas to help you treat yo' self.
