it's your move: fall4fitness challenge

have you fallen off your fitness routine at the start of the semester? no worries, we’ve got you covered! join us for a 6-week fitness challenge designed to help you get back on track and feel your best.

the goal: complete 4 workouts of at least 30 minutes each week. whether it’s hitting the gym, playing intramurals, attending a fitness class, or even a brisk walk—any activity counts! this challenge is all about building consistency and finding what works for you.

the cutest kind of stress relief is back on campus! visit the st. john ambulance therapy dogs at heritage place from 1:30pm - 2:30pm.

are you feeling well-rested and energized this weekend after a good night's sleep? if not, join student health and wellness to learn about what you can do to get better quality sleep, and how sleep impacts your learning, memory, and overall health. 

it can often be a challenge to take a minute for ourselves, so why not make self-care a habit and #take10?

(or) sisters in spirit

please join us for an evening honouring our lost and stolen sisters.

this vigil will include a sacred fire for prayer offerings, as well as a documentary screening in room oa  1033. the documentary, mshkawziikwewag: strong women, was created by one of our own community members and holds a special place in our hearts.

this event is also a space for comforting family members and friends mourning those lost to violence.

this event is offered in partnership between orillia native women's group and 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 indigenous initiatives and student health and wellness.

(or) randomizer with the responsible gambling council

come test your skills against the randomizer on thursday november 7th from 11 am – 1 pm, in the orsi family learning commons. the responsible gambling council is presenting its new program the randomizer for young adults with an interactive kiosk, specially staffed display and fantastic giveaways including three scholarship awards.

are you feeling well rested this monday morning, or are you wishing you'd got better sleep over the weekend? join student health and wellness for a real snooze-fest: learn about your sleep chronotype, build your own sleep tool kit and get valuable insights and practical tips on how you can sleep your way to success this school year.

our friends at precious paws rescue are coming to campus for the cutest kind of stress relief: a puppy social! drop by the field next to the outdoor rink between 10am - 11:30am to visit with the puppies.
