if the weather is poor, the session will be moved to student health and wellness (prettie residence) activity room.
it's your move learn to run is an 8-week running program ideal for first-time runners or those running for the first time in a while!
beginning on june 13, participants will receive a weekly program via google classroom along with running tips and tricks from 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 athletics and student health and wellness. this program will help participants go from 0 to 5k throughout the 8 weeks.

learn how to support others with livingworks start training, available to lakehead 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 , staff and faculty. livingworks start is a 90-minute e-learning program that teaches learners to recognize when someone is thinking about suicide and steps to connect them to help. you’ll learn a powerful four-step model to keep someone safe from suicide, and you’ll have a chance to practice it with impactful simulations. safety resources and support are available throughout the program. sign up here.
