join the office of indigenous initiatives and student health and wellness to make your own dried lavender sachets with lavender that has been harvested from wiigasitig gitigaan 'birch tree garden' this summer.
did you know: lavender aromas can help relieve headaches, anxiety, stress, and insomnia.

you can also just drop by to relax with a warm cup of tea.

today is world kindness day, so it is a great opportunity to "take 10" and send some kindness to someone you appreciate. join student health and wellness in orsi family learning commons between 10am - 12pm to:

  • make a kindness bracelet
  • write a card expressing gratitude 
  • learn a self-kindness practice


it can often be a challenge to take a minute to ourselves, so why not make self-care a habit and take10.
