our most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. celebrate student health and wellness' love week by joining counsellor, holly maki, for a guided love and kindness meditation.

buddha said ‘unless we treat ourselves with love and compassion, we cannot reflect the same on others.’ once we start experiencing self-love and self-compassion for ourselves, we can show the same to others too.

stop by the agora to pick up a journalling kit as part of student health and wellness' love week. each kit includes a journal, writing tools and an intro guide to journalling as self-care.

what better way to let someone know you are grateful for their presence in your life than with a classic valentine's day card?

stop by the main floor of the chancellor paterson to kick off student health and wellness' love week and pick up supplies to make and decorate a card and show your appreciation to someone.

expressing gratitude can help people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

take10 - eating disorder awareness week 2023

eating disorders affect people of all genders, sexual orientations, ages, socioeconomic class, abilities, races, and ethnic backgrounds. that is why, from february 1st to 7th every year, eating disorder groups across canada unite to commemorate eating disorder awareness week (edaw) with a national week of action focused on educating the public about eating disorders.

refresh sleep
