what better way to let someone know you are grateful for their presence in your life than with a hand made valentine's day card? stop by simcoe hall and make and decorate cards with your peer wellness team and show your appreciation to someone. calligraphy lessons will be available if you would like to make your card look extra fancy and learn a new skill that promotes relaxation and presence.

get crafty with student health and wellness by making a glitter mindfulness jar. a mindfulness jar is a great way to get into the practice of meditation, or just serve as a reminder to clear your mind. you can give your jar a shake, watch the glitter settle, and breathe. plus, they are super pretty!
