are you feeling overwhelmed, or like you just can't keep up with everything coming your way over the next few weeks? you’re not alone, and what you feel is probably normal. remember, it’s okay to not be okay. with the end of the school year coming up there’s often a lot still to do before we can take a break, check-out for the summer, and let go of what’s been stressing us for the last 6 or 7 months.

spring is in the air! you know what that means? its time to practice using your green thumb! join student health & wellness to paint a flower pot and plant your very own sunflower seeds! let's welcome spring with open arms after a long, cold winter and think about the longer days and warmer weather that's soon to come.

student health and wellness will be in simcoe hall on march 2nd from 2-4 pm sharing some favourite recipes, healthy eating strategies, and overnight oats jars!
