join your peer wellness educators and the residence outreach committee for rom coms & red flags! we'll be watching twilight, and identifying all of the relationship red flags throughout the movie.

as part of nutrition month, aramark, conference services, the food resource centre and student health and wellness are offering fresh markets. pick up affordable, fresh produce on campus, open to all members of the lakehead community.

join frazer phillips, indigenous cultural wellness facilitator, for teachings about tobacco. we will plant tobacco seeds to start growing indoors, and later in the spring they will be moved to the medicine wheel teaching garden.

no registration required, just drop in!

drop by maawnjigamig where we gather (or 1013) for tea, teachings, and seed sharing. join us for herbal tea and collective discussions, learn about different plants that grow in this area, and pick up some seeds to grow at home!

it's leap day - every four years we get an extra day on february 29th. why not use this extra 24 hours to be nice to yourself? if you struggle with making time for yourself, set aside today for self-growth and recovery. 

student health and wellness will be leaping around campus throughout the day sharing treats and ideas to help you treat yo' self.
