take a break from your studies and join a campus-wide egg hunt. student health and wellness has hidden 48 multicoloured plastic eggs around the orillia campus for 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 to destress and welcome the spring season.
end of term thank you-grams
as the academic year winds down, take time to say thank you who helped you get through it, whether it be a prof, roommate, family member, ga, or colleague. use the form below to send a note to someone you are grateful and student health and wellness will deliver it to them before april 12.
(or) fill your cup and tackle burnout
burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. it occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. as the stress continues, you begin to lose the interest and motivation that led you to take on a certain role in the first place.
burnout reduces productivity and saps your energy, leaving you feeling increasingly helpless, hopeless, cynical, and resentful.

join our puppy friends from precious paws rescue for some downward dogs and warrior poses. registration is required for this event (see below for link)
please bring a yoga mat if you have one, but mats will be provided in a limited quantity

join shw and ssc for 'donut' stress the test! you'll get to decorate (and eat!) cookies and donuts while learning about exam prep strategies and skills to reduce stress before, during and after exam time. bring your best to every test!
