to help get you through exams, the student affairs department is offering build-your-own exam  kits in simcoe hall! stop by any time from december 5th- 16th to get what you need to have a healthy and successful exam period. kit items include:

  • fruits
  • granola bars and other snacks
  • school supplies
  • fidgets
  • study and stress management tips
  • and more!

naloxone training

student health and wellness have partnered with superior points harm reduction program to offer naloxone training to lakehead 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 . participants will learn about the symptoms of opioid overdose and when and how to use naloxone.

there is no cost for the training, however, registration is required and spaces are limited. each participant will receive a naloxone kit.

tbdhu - world aids day

world aids day, observed annually on december 1st, is a global day dedicated to raising awareness of the aids pandemic caused by the spread of hiv infection and mourning those who have died from the disease. it was first observed in 1988 and has since become a crucial platform for advocating for hiv prevention, treatment, and care.

fuel your studying with a yogurt parfait! join student health and wellness to build-your-own yogurt parfait, and learn about healthy eating strategies so you can stay fueled and energized.

join the office of indigenous initiatives and student health and wellness to make your own dried lavender sachets with lavender that has been harvested from wiigasitig gitigaan 'birch tree garden' this summer.
did you know: lavender aromas can help relieve headaches, anxiety, stress, and insomnia.

you can also just drop by to relax with a warm cup of tea.
