 the manager, undergraduate recruitment will oversee the creation and implementation of an effective canadian undergraduate student recruitment strategy with emphasis on student recruiting and conversion initiatives and events. the development, execution and measurement of short-term and long-term recruitment plans in support of 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 ’s enrolment goals is a critical component of this position. this is a management position responsible for managing a multi-campus team. specific responsibilities include bringing the team together to deliver a recruitment visitation program, coordination of a series of on- and off-campus events, and the development of specialized recruitment activities and efforts.

the manager will also be responsible for the management of all marketing and communications associated with new student recruitment. as the creative director, the manager will oversee the strategic development, planning and execution of a comprehensive communications plan targeting multiple audiences through various forms of media and communication channels.

the successful candidate has a university degree coupled with 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing/public relations or other related experience, preferably in a post-secondary environment.  this position requires outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability in public speaking, marketing, and writing. demonstrated creativity, initiative and the ability to develop creative solutions are essential. the incumbent has strong project management, time management, budgeting and well-developed managerial/supervisory skills. expertise in coaching, mentoring and training teams to reach targets and goals is expected.
