the director, undergraduate recruitment will oversee the creation and implementation of an effective canadian undergraduate student recruitment and conversion strategy with emphasis on developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that will lead the institution in achieving its enrolment goals. as part of this, the director will develop and maintain a comprehensive recruitment communication plan and lead the creative development and execution of all recruitment marketing and communications, across a variety of channels, in order to elevate the profile of the university and its offerings with prospective 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 , applicants, and their influencers.

the development, implementation, and assessment of a comprehensive domestic student recruitment & conversion plan which leads the team to effectively recruit and convert future 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 to 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 is a critical component of this position. this includes collaboration with 2022世界杯美洲杯预选赛 /schools and student service areas to develop and implement strategies to assist all areas of the university in attaining and contributing towards meeting our enrolment goals. identifying and monitoring recruitment funnel metrics, and the utilization of data to support strategies and adapting of those strategies as required will be part of this role.

this is a senior management position responsible for leading, managing and motivating a high performance, multi-campus (thunder bay and orillia) and mobile team. the director will set goals, expectations, priorities and measures of success with the team and track accountability of goals and outreach efforts.

the successful candidate is a self-starter and driven professional with a university degree coupled with 5 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing/public relations or other related experience, preferably in a post-secondary environment. this position requires outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability in public speaking, marketing, and writing. demonstrated creativity, initiative and the ability to develop innovative and student-centred solutions are essential. the incumbent must be highly motivated, results-oriented and flexible with strong project management, time management, and budgeting skills. strong leadership skills including proven ability to lead and motivate teams is expected.
