we are looking for a digital marketing officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels that support undergraduate recruitment. you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital and seo marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

the digital marketing officer will play a pivotal role in the planning, development and execution of digital content that is on brand that drives awareness, interest, engagement, applications and conversions amongst prospective 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 . the digital marketing officer will use appropriate technology platforms to initiate effective communications and narratives throughout a series of recruitment driven events ranging from webinars to premiere virtual events.

the role oversees all production and post-production of video content and continually scans the market for new opportunities to engage with prospects, influencers and stakeholders.  technically savvy and with a strong creative outlook, the digital marketing officer will coordinate the procurement of content leveraging photography, video, digital and audio that connects with prospects and supports both departmental and institutional business objectives.

candidates to this position will ideally have a diploma in digital marketing or graphic design or related and demonstrated experience creating and executing digital marketing content.

as an enthusiastic, organized and adaptive individual who is excited by the opportunity to showcase 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 to prospective 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 through the planning and execution of all recruitment events held at both thunder bay and orillia campuses.

the individual is accountable for all project management and event planning of timing, workbacks, resources,  budgets, content planning and communications for events hosted both in-person and  virtually with the objective of raising interest amongst prospective 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 and converting same to applicants.  the incumbent plays a critical role as a relationship builder across faculty and university service departments, promoting and engaging support for recruitment events, as well as acting as a key liaison officer with influencers including regional guidance counselors.  in addition to event coordination and execution, the incumbent acts as a recruiter within the key local catchment area, carrying out recruitment one-on-one initiatives and high school (virtual and in person) recruitment presentations.

the role oversees the campus tour program, as lead for the thunder bay campus. this includes continuous monitoring of content delivery, hiring, training and coaching of student workers, introductory and closing touch points with prospects, follow up tracking and communications.  the role oversees all thunder bay student worker hiring, training, performance and task management as well as office administration

candidates to this position must have completed a university degree and have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related capacity. as an outstanding communicator and presenter with demonstrated event planning skills, you have excellent time management, analytical and organizational abilities with a strong independent work ethic. you must have a demonstrated ability to foster, develop and maintain successful working relationships with multiple audiences and the ability to manage creative large-scale events. sensitivity to privacy issues and a flexible work schedule is expected for this position. a class g driver's licence is required, due to travel requirements.

you are an enthusiastic, dynamic individual who is excited by the opportunity to join a team that attracts and recruits future 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 to 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 . you will be actively involved in recruiting and converting 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 by coordinating and representing lakehead at various events, both virtually and in person, such as high school visits, college fairs, community events, career fairs, and other venues across thunder bay and the province. as an ambassador for lakehead, you will build and cultivate relationships with prospective 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 as well as maintain relationships with key influencer groups including guidance counsellors, teachers, college transfer advisors and parents. this position can be based out of thunder bay or orillia.

you will also play a lead role in planning, organizing, scheduling coordinating and executing a series of on- and off-campus as well as virtual recruitment events and activities in efforts to meet our enrolment goals.
