as a student, understanding and familiarizing yourself with the academic regulations of the university, your faculty and even your program is essential.
what are academic regulations? they are essentially "rules" that govern your program. this includes specific rules that would allow you to progress from one year to the next, and ultimately the rules that will allow you to graduate from your program.
the academic regulations can be found within the academic calendar. it is imperative that you familiarize yourself with the academic calendar and all it entails. often, 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 will say "i didn't know..."; however, this is not a valid excuse. it is each student's responsibility to ensure they are aware of the regulations and how they can affect your progress in your program before registering.
the following is only intended to serve as a guide to some of the important regulations you should be aware of. please note this is not a complete list and reference to the academic calendar is required. regulations cover items such as:
- the number of allowable 1st year courses;
- 1st year courses not allowed in the final year of a program;
- first class standing computation;
- meaning of incomplete grades;
