how to apply:

the higher education quality council of ontario (heqco) invites interested colleges, universities and postsecondary organizations to submit expressions of interest for the second round of projects in our learning outcomes assessment consortium (loac).

defining what 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 should know and be able to do upon completion of their postsecondary studies, and constructing reliable and valid methods for measuring these desired learning outcomes are two of the most significant challenges facing the postsecondary education sector today. heqco has conducted work on these issues for the past six years, including creating the learning outcomes assessment consortium (loac) in december 2012. while current members of loac continue their work, heqco is issuing an expression of interest (eoi) for a new round of applications from colleges and universities that wish to join and contribute to the consortium. building on the consortium's previous work, the new projects will focus on skills assessment in diverse learning environments, scaling up best practices and measuring the value-added of postsecondary credentials.
