the european partnership on transforming health and care systems (thcs) is  a cofund action under the horizon europe programme  designed to support coordinated national and regional research and innovation programmes along with capacity building, networking , dissemination and other key activities to support health and care systems transformation. 

the third jtc call for proposals, “better care closer to home: enhancing primary and community care” aims to improve primary and community health and care systems, providing policymakers with knowledge and tools to manage transitions within the primary and community care sector. collaborative transnational projects funded under this call will deliver promising financial, organizational, and practice-based service innovations that promote the transformation of health and care systems and contribute to faster exchange of best practices across different countries and regions. researchers in canada are eligible to participate with cihr funding.  for more information, see //www.hsbcwebinars.com/research-and-innovation/research-services/fundi...
