each graduate program will establish a graduate program committee. the chair of this committee will be the graduate coordinator/chair.

the duties will be to administer graduate programs according to such internal policies as will be adopted by individual graduate programs; and according to the university regulations.

the graduate coordinator/chair will act as the contact person for the graduate program and will report to the dean of graduate studies and to the council as required.
