dr. nadia verrelli (laurentian university) and prof. jason maclean (阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 faculty of law) will critique the decision of the supreme court of canada in r. v. ryan. this court has narrowed the defences available to battered women and thereby failed to protect them from violence.
