student health and counselling would like to remind 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 that meditation is offered four times a week throughout the next term.
meditation can reduce symptoms of anxiety & depression, improve focus and sleep, and increase feelings of well-being. take 30 minutes out of your day to attend a session.
free meditation sessions are offered in the paterson library on mondays at 3:45 pm until 4:15 pm (rm 5002) and in the centre - prettie residence on tuesdays & thursdays at 11:45 am until 12:15 pm & fridays at 3:45 pm until 4:15 pm.
as well, the centre will be hosting two extra meditation sessions in the bora laskin building on monday, jan. 16 and monday, jan. 30 at 9 am until 9:30 am in bl1022. you're invited to join us!
