世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 - the student health & counselling centre invites you to join dr. j. lailey m.d. for a free, four-week workshop, mindfulness for 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 .
this workshop will introduce you to the skill of paying attention to your experience, in the present moment, without judgement.
this simple skill, which is more like an art, has a way of freeing us from our habitual patterns, helping us to live life more fully.
whether you have practiced mindfulness before, or if you’re interested in trying it, this is a great chance to learn more. the workshop is from 12 pm (noon) - 2 pm at the student health & counselling centre on the following four wednesdays: january 18 to february 8, 2017.
if you are interested, please come to the student health & counselling centre to complete a screening questionnaire that dr. lailey will review. you will then be contacted for further information.
