about the speaker: dr. michel s. beaulieu is an associate professor in the department of history at 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 and president of and alumni association of 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 . he holds a hba, bed, and ma from lakehead and a phd in history from queen's university.
