as part of culture days 2014, the first film produced in the city, “port arthur and fort william: canada’s keys to the great lakes” (1913) will be screened and dr. michel s. beaulieu, chair of the department of history and a specialist in early canadian film, will introduce the film and answer questions.image of the james whalen building
