description: the workouts will include some individual basketball skills such as shooting, finishing and dribbling. participants will also benefit from on court circuit training and strength exercices lead by assistant coach katie ulakovic. 

dates: may 29, june 5, june 12, june 19, and june 26. the registration below is for individuals to attend all 5 dates. should you wish to only attend a singular date, in person single session passes will be available for purchase at the front desk the day of the program.
