description: lakehead basketball skills academy is the place for youth girls basketball development. thunderwolves varsity coaches and players will lead sessions where the focus is on skill acquisition and decision making. participants can expect to be a part of a fun, inclusive and challenging training environment. they will develop their skills and have an opportunity to apply them in small sided games.
location:
for grade 4 & up divisions, this program will run out to the paci gymnasium at 401 red river road.
our grade 1 to 3 division will run out of the fieldhouse gym at 955 sanders drive.
program dates: oct 20 through until mar 3. no sessions dec 22/23 and 29/30 due to the winter holiday break.
divisions/days/times:registration is available for single days (sundays or mondays, must select at time of registration), or both days
grades 1 through 3 - sundays, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
grade 4 through 6 - sundays 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and/or mondays 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
grade 7 and 8 - sundays 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and/or mondays 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
grade 9 and 10 - sundays 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and/or mondays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
