a. southcott, chris.  the north in numbers:  a demographic analysis of social and economic change in northern ontario.  (located on paterson 5th floor (nsrc)  regional fc 3951 l24 v.15 & univ. fc 3951 l24 v. 15
contains statistical information related to youth out-migration, labour force, education, income levels, aboriginal communities and other socio-economic issues.

b. statistics canada.  profile of census tracts in greater sudbury, north bay, sault ste marie and thunder bay.  2 vols.  
(located on library 5th floor: ha 741.5 o593 2006  (2006 census).

c. statistics canada. 2016 census of canada. aboriginal population profile.
the 2016 census of population program offers a wide range of analysis, data, reference and geographical information according to topics (subjects) that paint a portrait of canada and its population.

d. indigenous and northern affairs canada. first nations profiles.
profiles containing information about first nations government, tribal council and reserves. information is extracted from current indigenous and northern affairs databases including the band classification manual, band governance management system, the indian lands registry system, the indian government support system and the indian register system. profiles can be found by reserve or by first nation.

e. statistics canada: statistics by subject - indigenous peoples.
data is available on many topics including: population, crime & victimization, health, income, labour & employment, education, children, language & culture, and many other topics.
