dc.description.abstract | the purpose of this thesis was to investigate the relationship between the personality of male alcoholics and their response to an in-patient treatment program. twenty male alcoholic in-patients were tested on admission and at discharge from a 21 day structured treatment program using a combination of forms a and b of the 16 pf and the bell alcoholism scale of adjustment (basa). three months after discharge a follow-up questionnaire was sent to the patients. | en_us |
