if you're considering living off campus, in the spring or next fall, now is the time to start your search. but before you do, we strongly encourage you to learn about your rights and responsibilities, and take some advice from the experts on where to look and what to ask before you sign a lease! finding the right place to live is important for your wellbeing and we want you to have the knowledge and expertise to make a good decision.

• legal aspects (including residential tenancy agreements, rights, and obligations

• navigating roommate conflicts

• timeline for house searching
