program overview

the summer indigenous institute is a month-long program for indigenous 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 entering university. launched in july, 2019, the program offers indigenous 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 an academic transition to their undergraduate studies. the program is open to 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 who have been accepted to nipissing university, algoma university, 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 , and laurentian university.

the program allows indigenous 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 an advanced look at university life while also giving them a head start on their credits. the course is taught by indigenous faculty, and 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 have access to upper-year student mentors. enji giigdoyang, the office of indigenous initiatives also offers academic and holistic support while 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 are in the program.

the program runs for two weeks with orientation on august 5, 2022 and classes from august 8 to august 19 2022.  the programs offers one .5 introductory course for credit through remote learning.  世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 will take the course on the land and from the land. the summer indigenous institute focuses on learning skills necessary for undergraduate success, while also emphasizing cultural learning.
