the early outreach coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, scheduling, and delivery of early outreach programming and initiatives with youth, parents and educators to promote the value of a post-secondary education at lakehead. the position also includes working with schools, teachers and 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 to develop skills that will help them in making decisions at an early age around post-secondary education, such as the development of financial literacy skills, understanding career outcomes and opening doors to the university campus.

a bachelor’s degree in education is preferred, along with 2 or more years of experience working in a post-secondary setting in the field of education and/or marketing/ communications. excellent customer service skills, presentation skills, analytical and organizational abilities with excellent judgment and decision-making skills are required. you must have a demonstrated ability to foster, develop and maintain successful working relationships with multiple audiences and the ability to manage creative, large-scale events. sensitivity to privacy issues and a flexible work schedule is expected for this position. a class g driver's licence is required, due to travel requirements.
