instructions for presenters

for oral presentations:

• keynote presentations will be 40 minutes total, and comprise 35 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of questions.
• regular presentations will be 20 minutes total, and comprise 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of questions.
• please prepare all presentations in powerpoint or ensure that they are compatible.
• please bring your powerpoint on a usb to the conveners before the start of the morning presentations on the day of your talk.
• all oral presentations will be held in room uc0050 of the university center (agora)

for poster presentations:

• the poster must fit on a 5 x 4 ft landscape poster board.
• additional information on the location of where the posters will be displayed will be provided closer to the symposium.
