- all private residence rooms are equipped with a double, extra-long bed, towels, and soaps. each room has a small fridge, phone for local calling (calling card required for long distance), air conditioning, and free wifi internet (with included ethernet cable). parking is included with your stay.
- all guests have access to our common rooms located centrally on each floor. each common room has a television, a dvd player, microwave, internet plugins, sink, comfortable seating and eating areas, and laundry facilities. please note that we are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. we also ask that no open alcohol is brought into common areas and/or hallways.
- check in time is 3:00pm on date of arrival and check-out time is 11:00am on date of departure. if available, the day rate is $35.00.
