10:00pm<br />bus 1 picks up at days inn golf links at 6:15 pm and arrives at delta at 6:30pm<br />bus 2 picks up at days inn sibley at 6:30pm and lu residence at 6:45pm to arrive at delta at 7:00pm</p> <p>bus 1 starts a loop whenever it has people ready to go home (starting at approximately 9:00 pm)<br />bus 2 starts loop at 9:30pm<br />bus loops take 30 mins and drop at lu residence, days inn sibley, and days inn golf links<br />bus 1 loops at 10:00pm<br />bus 2 loops at 10:10pm</p> <p><strong>june 6:</strong><br />bus 1 starts at days inn sibley at 7:30am and picks up at days inn of golf links at 7:45am to arrive at lu by 8:00am<br />bus 2 starts at delta hotel at 7:30am to arrive at lu at 7:45am</p> <p>a bus will be available in the agora circle to drive people back and forth between main campus and fac of ed (bora laskin on oliver rd.) for tues/wed and thurs (morning only).</p> <p>bus 1 is at lu to depart at 5:00pm to bring guests to days inn golf links and days inn sibley<br />bus 2 is at lu at 5:15pm to return guests to delta hotel</p> <p><strong>june 7:</strong><br />bus 1 starts at days inn sibley at 7:30am and picks up at days inn of golf links at 7:45am- arrive lu by 8:00am<br />bus 2 starts at delta hotel at 7:30am arrive at lu at 7:45am</p> <p>bus 1 is at lu to depart at 4:30pm to bring guests to days inn golf links and days inn sibley<br />bus 2 is at lu at 4:30 pm to return guests to delta hotel</p> <p>bus 1 picks up at delta hotel at 6:00pm to fwhp<br />bus 2 picks up at days inn on golf links at 6:00pm<br />bus 3 (small bus) picks up at 6:00pm at lu then goes to days inn on sibley</p> <p>everyone is at fwhp before 6:30 - 7:00pm</p> <p>bus 3 (small bus) departs 9:00 pm to do the loop to hotels and come back to fwhp within one hour<br />bus 2 departs 9:45 pm-10:00pm<br />bus 1 departs 10:00pm<br />bus 3 (24 pax) does the final run</p> <p><strong>june 8:</strong><br />buses will be picking up from each hotel at 7:30am to arrive to lu by 8:00am.<br /><strong>please note that there is only one bus per morning and if you miss this bus, you are to arrange your own transportation.</strong><br />all guests staying on campus at lakehead residence will walk up to the main campus.</p> <p>buses will begin taking guests from the university to the airport starting at 12:00 pm and will run until 5:00 pm. if you would like to stay on campus and work until your shuttle arrives, we will have designated areas for you to do so, and your luggage will be secured for you.</p> <p>please note if you <strong>miss the bus</strong> you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation using one of the taxi services listed.</p> <p>please note: there is a childrens event happening at lu on thursday (small children) so <strong>after the buses drop off the delegates from their hotels in the morning, we will shift our pick up and drop off area to outside of the faculty lounge so as to avoid any pinch points</strong>.  </p> <p>we will have bus 1 start an airport shuttle on the hour at 10:00am from lu to the airport for anyone leaving at noon or later.</p> <p>at 1:00pm bus 2 will do a <strong>hotel loop</strong> for those returning to their hotel (departing the faculty lounge area at 1:00pm) and go to days inn golf links, delta and days inn sibley.<br /> <br /><strong>airport shuttle times from lu:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10:00am</li> <li>11:00am</li> <li>12:00pm</li> <li>1:00pm</li> <li>2:00pm</li> <li>3:00pm</li> <li>4:00pm</li> <li>5:00pm<br /> </li> </ul> <p>** it is important to note that the shuttles are from <strong>lu to the airport only </strong>-- that we will not be going back to the hotels except for the one shuttle from lu to all hotels at 1:00pm!**</p> </div></div></div> wed, 24 may 2023 18:51:00 +0000 jpmichel 620 at https://ec.lakeheadu.ca https://ec.lakeheadu.ca/c2uexpo/expo-essentials/detailed-bus-schedules/node/620#comments
