alternatively, there are limited rooms available at the fairfield inn & suites orillia. rates are $139 + tax per night (2 queen beds) or 1 king bed for $149 + tax per night. kindly cite the ask conference in your booking.

if you are flying to toronto to attend the ask conference, the simcoe county airport service offers door-to-door pickup and delivery to orillia from both toronto airports. the shuttle should be booked at least a day in advance of travel.

parking is available on campus and parking fees have been waived for conference attendees and presenters. kindly print and display the parking pass on your vehicle’s dash for the duration of the conference.

please note that the mask mandate and covid-19 vaccination mandates have been rescinded for the orillia campus at this time.
