the aids council of thunder bay (act-b) was an advocacy and support group to aid those with hiv/aids and promote preventative measures. act-b advocated for safe sex among queer people and worked to destigmatize the disease and combat homophobia related to it. in addition to the newsletters presented here, other act-b records are available on this site and through the archives.
