senior curriculum and instruction - family studies
the additional qualification course: senior division, family studies employs a critical, pedagogical lens to explore in a holistic and integrated manner theoretical foundations, learning theory, program planning, development and implementation, instructional design and practices, assessment and evaluation, the learning environment, research and ethical considerations related to teaching and learning within and across the divisions. through these explorations, candidates strengthen professional efficacy by gaining in-depth knowledge, refining professional judgment and generating new knowledge for practice.
registration for each semester opens six to eight weeks prior to the registration deadline.
fall 2024: october 7th - december 20th
winter 2025: january 13th - march 28th
spring 2025: may 5th - june 20th
summer 2025: july 7th - august 15th

- a general certificate of qualification and registration in good standing with the ontario college of teachers; and
- a recognized postsecondary degree or equivalent
in addition to 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 ’s general admission requirements, all prospective abq learners must meet the following requirements:
intermediate abq courses
- two (2) full university credits* or equivalent in the teachable subject
senior abq courses (initial certification)
- five (5) full university credits* or equivalent in the teachable subject
senior abq courses (second or subsequent teachable subjects)
- three (3) full university credits* or equivalent in the teachable subject
note: the pass mark for all abq courses is 70%.
