{"id":1639,"date":"2021-12-09t11:23:32","date_gmt":"2021-12-09t16:23:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cerah.lakeheadu.ca\/?page_id=1639"},"modified":"2024-01-11t09:12:23","modified_gmt":"2024-01-11t14:12:23","slug":"resources","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cerah.lakeheadu.ca\/resources\/","title":{"rendered":"resources"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>aging in place<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ontario has an aging population, and many older adults are choosing to age in place. aging in place aims to support seniors, while maintaining independence and remaining connected to the community. cerah works to network with community partners to achieve this goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"\/resources\/aging-in-place\/\" style=\"border-radius:4px\">access resources here<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>dementia and seniors\u2019 mental health<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>dementia and seniors\u2019 mental health is guided by the values of courage, compassion, capacity building, collaboration, and creativity. working directly with people living with dementia and seniors with mental health conditions, their families, supports, and system partners, we aim to: a) conduct research that tells people\u2019s stories in ways that challenge traditional discourses of aging, dementia, and mental health; and b) enhance community capacity through partnerships, knowledge translation, and innovation to better support and care for those with lived experience of dementia and to support seniors\u2019 mental health.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"\/resources\/dementia-and-seniors-mental-health\/\" style=\"border-radius:4px\">access resources here<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>indigenous peoples&#8217;
