dr. melville bartley cesme memorial scholarship

in 2015 jim franklin and phil walford established the dr. melville bartley cesme memorial scholarship was established in 2015, in memory of the founding principal for lakehead technical institute. this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduate 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 that are conducting research within cesme’s environmental pillar or mining and exploration pillar.
