refunds or exchanges

refunds or exchanges will only be offered if products are returned in-store bought condition within 14 calendar days from their purchase. there will be no refunds on course materials purchased after the last day of classes or during exam periods. defective items will be replaced or exchanged. all buybacks are final sale. the bookstore reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet their standard for return.

the following items are ineligible for return: barcharts, cds, custom publications, course packs, dvds, earphones, gift cards, iclickers, kits, lab coats, lab manuals, medical & nursing supplies, items removed from their original packaging, personal items, special orders, stationery, and used access codes.

all general merchandise purchases made between november & december for the purposes of gift giving will be eligible for refund until the last business day in january.
