annette butikofer

ms. annette butikofer began her information technology career in 1985, working as a programmer/analyst for telecom australia as part of the university work exchange program, aiesec. when she returned to canada, annette was a programmer/analyst with woods gordon consulting and the hudson's bay company.
in 1991, annette joined the information technology branch (itb) of the canada revenue agency (cra) as a senior programmer analyst. during her career with the cra, annette held a number of executive positions, most notably as the cio and assistant commissioner, itb, from 2015 until her retirement in 2021.
annette has a bachelor of business administration, with a specialization in management information systems from 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 and is also a certified management accountant (cpa/cma). she also completed a certificate in public sector leadership and governance from the university of ottawa and the executive leadership development program with the canada school of public service.
