sustainability walks
the office of sustainability offers sustainability walks for groups of up to twenty people.
participants will learn about some of the sustainability services and attractions on the thunder bay campus. stops on the walk include the braun building rain garden, cases building, lake tamblyn, climate action park, mcintyre river, sweat lodge, campus garden, and more.
during the walk, participants will discuss what sustainability means to the university, and how it is more broadly defined by multiple worldviews. participants will also learn some history of the campus.
tours are 1.5 hours and may not be possible in winter if snow levels are high.
