	8.2	fall 2019 late additions to graduands list (ms. andrea tarsitano) the senate’s “enabling motion graduands on record” empowers the dean of the faculty and registrar to approve late additions to the graduands’ list who had not appeared on the convocation list. no motion is necessary.
	8.3	removal of courses from the calendar (ms. andrea tarsitano) the senate’s enduring resolution, “removing and reinstating courses”, notes that if a course has not been offered for five years, the course (excluding graduate and special topics courses) will be automatically removed from the calendar. the list of courses being removed has been circulated for information. no motion is necessary.
