nominations for one professional librarian on the senate were accepted from april 7, 2017 to may 2, 2017. two eligible nominations were received but only one nominee was willing to let their name stand. ms. janice mutz was acclaimed as the professional librarian on the senate with the term commencing july 1, 2017 to june 30, 2020.
